However, this dealership’s best-in-class operations, family atmosphere, and unwavering commitment to serving communities aren’t new — they date back to the day Dr. Sam Pack first opened the doors in October 2001.
Dr. Sam Pack and his family have servant hearts and surround themselves with trustworthy, upstanding, knowledgeable, and hardworking individuals who share the same commitment to their values. That mission holds true every day and with every family they have the honor of serving.
“The secret to this dealership’s success is not our inventory, transparent pricing, or oversized lots. It’s the commitment to forming personal relationships and connections, always trying to find a way to say yes, and of course, our unwavering support of our community and every employee and their families,” General Manager Andrea Ballard said. Andrea is the first female GM in the Pack Organization and has been in a different capacity with the group for several years. “Our team is quickly and methodically becoming a best-in-class operation with a good old-fashioned family atmosphere that is not too common nowadays.”
Their vision is quite simple — when happy employees have been with you for a long time, they are family. As a result, getting involved in the community comes naturally because that is just what families do.
“Having fun and continuous improvement are two of our core values, and we simply try to live that every day,” Andrea says with pride.

As long-time Community Relations Director, Sue* Bowman, says, “I’ve never known this organization to be anything other than driven to serve the community we represent. It’s who we are.”
Sam Pack Five Star Ford Lewisville’s list of community-minded initiatives goes on and on. In 2025, they hosted the 5th Annual Denton County First Responder Toy Drive to benefit LISD Angel Tree — collecting collected toys, gift cards, and money for over 4,000 kids. They routinely award scholarships to deserving high school students, and they’ve zeroed in on increasing literacy and STEAM learning among young students. They regularly partner with the Lewisville Education Foundation for scholarships and the Lewisville Noon Rotary.
The dealership is also an active member of three local chambers of commerce. Over the years, they’ve donated to and hosted food pantries, participated in charity golf tournaments, and partnered with KSCS New Country 96.3 and their ongoing Michelle’s “Little Miracles” campaign to help local families with various needs throughout the year. They also partner with WFAA for the “Little Wishes” campaign. The list of community engagement goes on and on.
Not to be forgotten, they also participate in some good old-fashioned “reading time” with kids at local elementary schools. Sue* has been a community mentor at local elementary schools for eight years.
